The student:
> has an educational disability with transition-related IEP goals
> has documented unmet transition needs in the IEP and ESR
> has needs that cannot be met by an outside agency or other supports
> has not accepted a diploma (can walk in graduation)
> has completed 12th grade Students will graduate based on meeting transition IEP goals and following an individual graduation plan.
Scheduling for all students is individualized and may be from 1-5 days per week, depending on needs. Students who are short credits can be referred, but we are not a credit recovery program.
